TERMS

CANCELATION OF PURCHASES OF ONLINE SERVICES, REGISTRATIONS FOR EVENTS AND ONLINE SEMINARS OFFERED ON THE ASCENSYA.COM WEBSITE

1.1 Cooling-off period

Unless you were informed otherwise at the time of your purchase/registration, this one may be canceled if you notify us, in writing, within three (3) days of your purchase/registration, that you no longer wish to receive our services/no longer wish to participate in the event/seminar in question by delivering or sending (including by e-mail) a written cancelation notice to us (hereinafter referred to as "Notice of 'cancelation"). In this event, we will refund to you all sums paid by you to us under this agreement within thirty (30) business days from the date on which we receive this Cancelation Notice, by the same means of payment than the one used at the time of the purchase/registration.

1.2 Cancelation

Ascênsya reserves all rights to cancel the online services, events and seminars for any reason by notifying you in writing. You hereby agree that in the event of cancelation of the event and seminar services by us, you are only entitled to a refund of the payment you have paid to us, excluding interest, and that you cannot claim from us any other costs, expenses, losses, damages or liabilities which may be incurred or suffered by you as a result of such cancelation. You further agree that we shall have no further liability to you with respect to the cancelation.

1.3 Refunds

By purchasing/registering with us, you acknowledge that you will not be entitled to and will not be able to claim a refund other than by strict compliance with clauses 1.1, 1.2 and 1.4 herein.

You further acknowledge that any request for cancelation of the event and seminar services after the withdrawal period mentioned in clause 1.1 above will be subject to the sole discretion and approval of Ascênsya. If Ascênsya accepts the cancelation, you will have to pay a cancelation fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the price of the contracted services or seminar fees for the seminar services for which you have registered. Cancelations are only permitted up to eight (8) days before the service/event/seminar is executed.

1.4 Transfer of tickets

In the event that you are unable to attend the event you have booked and paid for, you have the right to transfer your ticket to a new nominated attendee, subject to written notification to us including contact details of the new participant you named. Such written notification must be submitted to us at least fourteen (14) business days prior to the date of the event. An administration fee of USD 50 will apply.

If you wish to transfer your Seminar attendance to dates different from those you have booked and paid for, you must notify us in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date of the event, subject to approval by Ascênsya.
